Nestled on the second story of a shophouse on Bukit Pasoh Rd, Forbidden Hill melds the past and present of South East Asia with contemporary design. Co-founded by Ruth Pestana and David Aumonier, who are originally from Malaysia and France, the brand was inspired by Ruth’s multicultural Straits heritage and celebrates the diverse cultures and craftsmanship of South East Asia.
